Admire the charm of four elegant towers of Chor-Minor, a historic mosque and madrasa, and part of a World Heritage Site. Completed in 1807 by Turkmen Khalif Niyazkul, these round baked-brick towers feature unique ornamentation and numerous sky-blue tiled domes. Their ornateness represents more of a Hindu style than the rest of Uzbek architecture in Bukhara. Three of them served as storage space, while the fourth one has a staircase leading to the top. Climb that staircase to get a panorama of the city, and stop in the small souvenir shop inside the complex.
