I enjyed this hike very much. There are some challenging portions where you can get your heart rate up and some great views on the way down. Lots of shade. Incredible redwoods.

The trails are well marked, but we still got turned around. We were late returning to the parking lot and got tickets, so just be aware. However, the hike itself was beautiful and peaceful...
