Corralitos Market and Sausage Company is very well known to locals. It’s hidden in Corralitos, so unless you're out that way, you will probably miss it. They have delicious meats and of course their sausages are pretty much famous around here. They carry lots of local favorites: Marianne’s ice cream, Gizdich Farms' pies, Pacific Cookie Company cookies, and much more. It might be a small market, but it’s packed full of surprises. Check it out next time you're out this way. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a wonderful family-owned and operated market with a great fresh and smoked meat section! We had the marinated skirt steak with family, and the next day tried some of the smoky cheeses as well as the salami, to accompany us to a wine tasting...we also had some of the best prosciutto ever! So good we came back for jerkey to take on the plane, and we'll be ordering soon! The one thing we wanted to try and just couldn't fit in was the fresh apricot pie! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you so much!
