  • have been here before, cute little park, near the old Oly brewery. Lots of falls, and good trails. There is also a fish hatchery there - and this time of year, lots of little Salmon minnows growing!

  • Was so lucky to catch the Chinook salmon run at the end of September! Thousands of salmon coming up the river and into the fish ladder. It was mesmerizing to watch. We didn’t go on the trails, but I would like to come back and explore more. The waterfall was nothing special. Salmon is what made the day. There isn’t a lot of parking inside the park, but there are spots on the road, right outside the entrance. Very odd spot for parking, but at least it’s free.
  • This place is pretty incredible! Hard to believe it can be found right next to I-5. The waterfall and surrounding park is great and certainly worth a visit even if you are just passing through. There is also a decent amount of history about the waterfall for those so inclined. Not often do you find a waterfall like this “in-town”.
