  • Grounds around the outside of the hotel we're overgrown or dead in particular around the pool. Room lacked many of the common amenities that come with hotel rooms these days, microwave and even ice...

  • Great staff and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is a little dated. The room could have been cleaned better. Leftover loose cereal in the mini fridge and bottle caps left in the bathroom on the floor. Holes in the blackout curtains. No coffee maker in the room. The balcony seemed a little weird it was slanted and only had 1 chair to sit on. The bathroom is really small especially the shower. We only had one set of towels. For the price you would think things would be in better condition. The bed was comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Our room had a king bed w/balcony that faced the pool. There was no valet parking and we had to pay to park our vehicle per day which we were unaware of until check in. So we pre paid our parking fee so make sure to keep your room key on the last day to get out of the parking lot. Not too sure if we would stay here again. One place to definitely eat at the Hard Rock is The Oyster Bar very yummy!!
  • This place is OK only. 1. Hardly an hot water. Maybe only 1-2 minutes worth of hot water on a shower. So good luck if you have kids or more than 1 person. 2. Tahoe is cold so it would be nice to have a good heater. I turned the heater on and maxed it out at 8pm while it was 50 degrees. 10 pm came along and it was barely at 60 degrees. By the time it was 9AM the temperature was only at 71 degrees while I had maxed it out over 90 degrees. My room was small also. 3. No refrigerator to store your drinks or food. Motel 6 has better things to be honest. Would I come back here? Nah, there‚Äôs plenty of other locations around that will have hot water.
