Wonderful experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. You don't need equipment or license. They have everything. You pay only for the caught fish. Our kid had a blast. If you don't have a facility to cook it, you have multiple options. You can donate fish to the Wildlife foundation. It is used to feed the bears during the rehab. You can donate the fish to feed the homeless. You can vacuum pack it to take back home. And best of all-you can take it to the local restaurant and they will cook it for you! We will be doing that.

Super fun place where you are guaranteed to catch fish. Owners Jackie and Jim do a great job of making everyone feel welcome. Get to know Jim, he has a lot of great stories to tell. I highly recommend Tahoe Trout Farm!
