Fantastic staff, a great experience, and great prices. It looks small but very open inside and seamlessly sets you up for what you need. We had five of us walk in and were out in 20 minutes. The best part is the customer service. Everyone was helpful, fun, and conversational. Highly recommend it versus renting from the resorts. Five stars.

Got to the shop at 5:30pm and was told to come back in the morning at 8am to rent a board, guess they only rent gear when they feel like it. I ended up going a few doors down to “Rip N’ Willies” where they told me to take my time and were understanding that if I didn’t get the board tonight then I’d be an hour and a half late to the slopes if I waited until the morning. Ended up taking me a total of 7 min to grab my gear and fill out the paperwork. Go to Rip n willies at 1144 ski run Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, ca 96150
