Mile High Fishing Charters, South Lake Tahoe

What an amazing unforgettable trip! There was five of us on the morning half day trip which was from 6am to 10am. Several newbies and one who has never fished before, who caught the first fish! Captain Justin first went and set traps to catch some live bait and we went to one of his many fishing spots where we landed our first mackinaw. We caught our limit and released a small one. The boat was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room inside the heated cabin and outside while fishing. Complimentary water and soda was provided. Justin baited the hooks put us on top of the fish, netted the fish and cleaned the fish. All we had to do was reel them in. To top it off, he recommended taking our catch to Macduff’s who prepares the fish three different ways with sides. The best tasting, freshest fish ever! The whole experience was first class from beginning to end. Thank you for the amazing experience which we will never forget! I will definitely be back soon.

I was able to call two days before and they had an opening for my group. Justin was the captain and he was awesome! Made sure we had a great trip. He took us to a few different locations and we were able to max out. He explained how the day was going to go and what we needed to do. It was a cold morning to start but they had coffee in the office and the boat was warm before we got on. Was a great experience and would highly recommend using Mile high.
