We had a visit to Sleepy Hollow and after a lunch and visits to the spooky sites, we took a bottle of wine and some cheese and bread to the park. It was a beautiful crisp afternoon to enjoy the park.

A nice park with wide trails. Mature and beautiful trees. Great views of the Hudson River.

This part of the Rockfeller State Parl is where the Rockfeller's had their estate house on the Hudson. The site and stone pathways where the mansion burnt down is still there with lovely grounds all around. The trails here are also a great option to get to know the place and see ample meadoes with deers, racoons and squirrels.
