Nordstrom Rack, Seattle

It’s a great store with nice employees, good prices/clothes and a prime location. Everything was pretty clean and well run. However, it’s a little cluttered and feels makeshift style like they sort of just threw everything together and called it good. Could use a better layout.

I had been procrastinating buying a suit for two upcoming weddings, because I found the notion intimidating and didn't know where to start. I walked into the men's formal wear section and Tess helped me from start to finish: helping get me fit right for a suit, choosing the right color combo of suit, tie, and shirt, connecting me with the in-store alteration expert, and making sure that my suit would be ready for a wedding that coming weekend. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful Tess was, not to mention very friendly. I would definitely come back again for alterations and/or a new suit when the time comes.
