Rochester Museum & Science Center, Rochester

My son and i traveled over an hour to get to the museum. He was not disappointed. We had a good time walking around in the various floors checking out the different exhibits. For some reason the second floor was steamy hot and humid maybe the AC was off? I'm sure it was just a temporary thing so we'll move on from there. They had a third floor electric show that was electrifying. It was a great time and when they asked for volunteers my son promptly jumped up which I was very surprised about. But I accompanied him and we ended up inside the cage on stage. After they turn the electricity on I could smell the ozone. certainly one for the books but I'm glad I was able to share that with my boy.

We took our son over the weekend and had a blast! They’re in the process of building a new exhibit on the first floor so a bit of it is blocked off, but I’m excited to see what’s in store! Everything else was open and functional. Despite living in Rochester and going to RMSC more times than I can count (lol) we still managed to spend over two hours exploring and learning. Definitely worth every penny spent!
