Jeremy, at the ticket sales for the Christmas show, went out of his way to help. He was very pleasant, thought through many alternatives for our situation, and got our issues resolved. Thank you...

What a great place to stay. Hotel shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport no stress at all. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Shower was awesome. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. No complaints. Food at the new place Chickie's and Pete's were great as well. I definitely would stay here again if ever I returned to Reno.
Love the place. My wife and I have been going since 2014 it is great, we now have a baby and it is still super fun to go to the big arcade and the bowling alley. When she gets older we can bring our kid to movies and concerts there. The restaurants are good and some deliver to the room now! The prices are pretty good and the food quality was really good and food came to the room quick.
