Beautiful grounds - We arrived 14 minutes before closing - so not necessarily expected to be seated but we did receive the snobbiest greeting imaginable and the facial expression alone was enough to say “we don’t want you or your business “ …IMO better people and better wine are out there…The Best are not arrogant but show love in all aspects of life… POST SCRIPT: Anxious to give Etude another visit due to the kind and encouraging response from Ownership/management! A lot has occurred in the meantime- sorry this response took so long! This is how good businesses act when critiqued harshly. I already sense a 5 star follow up…email coming…Matt

I had the best experience here. Jon or John not sure how it is spelt was absolutely amazing. He made us feel more comfortable and educated. By the time we left here I knew more of what wines I liked. Thank you John
