A special treat for any music buff, GRAMMY Museum features interactive exhibits dedicated to the history and past winners of the Grammy Awards. The museum features a rich collection of music artifacts, including hand-written song lyrics, audio/video recordings, and stage outfits of some of the world's best-known music stars. Start your music adventure at the first floor's introductory exhibit. A kind of hallway of music, the main gallery allows visitors to explore over 100 musical genres and traditions including pop, rock, classical, blues, and jazz. Pick up your tickets at the museum's box office, or save time by purchasing them online. Plan my trip to Los Angeles with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

  • Great place to visit if you like music. They have student discounts for entrance. Must go if you are on DTLA. Also, sometimes they have events that you attend inside the museum.

  • If you're into music this is definitely a place to see. Great displays and wonderful music everywhere you go. The evolution of the Grammy was pretty neat to see how it's grown through time. We breezed through pretty quick, about an hour but you could easily spend more time reading all the info and watching the video clips. There's a little spot with places to sit and watch Grammy performances and awards. It was hard not to sing along and groove a little. You take the elevator to the top to start your journey and work your way back down. Small gift shop.
  • It was nice but I felt it was very quick going through it. If you are a real music lover of all genres, you would absolutely love the history. My daughter (14) was bored very quickly since she’s not interested in the history or genres other than todays music. She enjoyed it but for her, it was not worth the money.
