Excellent business. Jim encouraged us to test drive the bikes and decide for ourselves which bike fitted us best. Once we identified the right fit, he then explained the bike and options to us. Absolutely not pressure or up selling. The bikes did all the selling. Wonderful bikes and wonderful people. Looking forward to many hours in the seat!

Hubs and I stopped by on a fact-finding mission and had the immensely good fortune to meet Mike, salesperson extraordinaire. He not only knew the product inside and out, but spent most of the afternoon with us cheerfully answering a multitude of questions without ever pressuring us to make a decision on the spot. He also gladly set us up for test rides on four different models and even kept an eye on our pup in the store while we took the bikes for a short spin. Rarely do we encounter such wonderful customer service; competitors would be hard pressed to meet his standard of excellence!
