I walk here several times a week. The park is meticulously cared for and the staff is friendly! Great place to bird-watch.

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever seen. This park is huge and clean with numerous wildlife and natural scenery. It across from a gorgeous golf course and around the corner from the University Town Center. The trail is fantastic and also very clean. Great location for picnics, family activities or just walking and relaxing. Walk the entire trail if you're looking for great exercise. Great place to relax when the weather is good. Walk your dogs, take great photos. There's plenty of room for any activities. When I'm here, at times I forget I'm still in Southern California.
Bertha Furse the wonderful park entry agent, is a beautiful way to enter this park! She was SO helpful and informative! She's a true gem and I truly just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation of her kindness and welcoming smile! She not only gave me information of the park, but the entire area. She made me feel immediately welcome to this beautiful park.. I am in Irvine for business and relocating. If the OC needs a representative with such a personal and customer driven mind, she's just amazing! I truly wanted to focus this review on her because often times we don't take the time to thank those giving excellent service! When you come in, make sure you say hi, she's the best! ❣️ This park is absolutely beautiful, well kept, family friendly and so safe! It reminds me of home (Ohio) and it's nice to have that small town feel! Parks, picnic areas, benches, paved paths, dog friendly and everything you ever needed in a park. Oh and don't forget the massive lake with a fountain that gives you a beautiful landscape for photos! Daily cost of entry was 3.00 and completely worth every penny. They accept cash or credit. This isn't just recommended to see, but required! 💛
