  • We came for the holiday themed trains and were really impressed! They put a ton of detail in to each set, and it's great to see how they've recreated so many pieces of iconic American landscapes. Our kids really liked walking around and exploring the different scenes. Speaking of kids, the downstairs kids area of the museum is great for little ones. They have lots of hands-on toys that are perfect for younger kids. They would have spent hours down there! Also, parking is free if you park in the main underground garage and get your ticket validated in the museum.
  • Beautiful artwork throughout. The facility is gorgeous, and the thoughtful arrangements of the exhibits is tasteful. Simple, interesting and sophisticated. The stories of the people and the beauty of the art make this a great place to spend a morning. I am glad we visited this museum.
