We are California's only ocean-side winery. We produce classic varietals from old Mendocino County Heritage vineyards that include Zinfandel, Charbono, Carignane, Petite Sirah & Barbera. From these we also produce blends unique to California; Dad's Daily Red, It's My Fault and Charbera. White wines include Chardonnay, Viognier and Muscato.Arrange your visit to Pacific Star Winery and discover more family-friendly attractions in Fort Bragg using our Fort Bragg trip maker site.
We are open Friday through Monday from 12 to 5 and can be found 12 miles north of the town of Fort Bragg at the 73.5 mile marker west of Coast Highway 1.
Bring a picnic lunch and stay awhile at our cliff-side picnic area, where you can see 75 miles of the northern California coastline and watch whales during the migration season.

We've been visiting this special place for 10 years now. It is a unique setting for a winery being right on the Pacific Ocean. The view is breath taking and it doesn't hurt that the wine is delicious.... more

Wow and wow. This has got to be the most beautiful setting of all the wineries I've ever been to- and that's alot! For the view you could drink sludge and not care, but the wine is really delicious...

Loved visiting here! Saw a sign that said “Tasting” and couldn’t resist. It was a beautiful place and had 5 delightful wines on the tasting when I stopped. It was a random, impromptu detour on my traveling along HWY 1 and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The gift shop is adorable (and affordable) and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the wines, making sure to explain them when pouring the tastings. The seating area was very spacious and has a gorgeous view overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I visited for over an hour and was so thrilled, in fact, I purchased 2 bottles of their Charbono and thoroughly enjoyed every glass.

Great, relaxing winery! The owners were very hospitable and we all had great conversations! Plenty of seating. The view was outstanding despite the rain. The property is gorgeous! I can't say enough. Bought a bottle of Dad's Red and plan to enjoy a good meal with it!
