Great local history. Highlights the woman suffrage movement along with providing historical information about the iniquities in society and the fight so far. Those that don't study history are bound to repeat the same mistakes.

The WWII Quilt Exhibit includes a few war posters (installed until October 2019) and is worth a visit. The Fairfax County History in the 2nd floor gallery is very well put together with a nice collection of artifacts, photographs, and maps. I enjoyed the cases featuring native sons. The museum is free and you can get a nice overview in 30 minutes or less.
