This popular 28-acre park includes acres of lawn that are ideal for family picnics, a gazebo overlooking our beautiful pond, an amphitheatre, a lighted softball field, and six lighted tennis courts. It is centrally located, being adjacent to the Cupertino Senior Center, Quinlan Community Center, and Cupertino Sports Center. There is also a reservable picnic/ barbecue area that accommodates 113. There are many additional family picnic areas available on a first-come, first-served basis. Memorial Park also houses Cupertino Veterans Memorial which honors our local veterans. For more info visit Cupertino Veterans Memorial website. Memorial Park is open daylight hours to 10:00pm.

For park usage fees, please call the Recreation and Community Services office at (408) 777-3120.

(The ponds have been drained due the California drought.)

  • Nice place. Cherry blossom festival was on although not many cherry blossom trees or flowers to see maybe because peak season is over. Fun activities for kids and some knocks and knacks available for buying. Quite a big crowd though nothing much to eat. Good family outing. Some people were better prepared. They had brought food with them and were able to have a nice picnic on a bright ☀️ day.
  • This park is very huge. Alot of open spaces to do large activities. There is a senior center on-site as well as a tennis court and several other sports related areas. There is a big play structure for the kids to play on. Unfortunately now, there is no water running at the park with the ponds. Would be nice to see it running again. De Anza college is right across. So if you need to pick someone up right there, you can definitely hang out at memorial Park to wait for them.
