Beautiful views. Windy curvy two lane paved road with sharp switchbacks. Watch for bikes anytime you travel here. $10 entrance fee, worth exploring multiple times. Tons of hiking trails, easy trails to more difficult terrain. Not a fast trip.. plan on spending some time traveling the road safely.

When your someone who lives in the city where the civilization is, it becomes your reality everyday which is great that's how you want to live. All I'm saying is there's no happiness in that. So if your from the West Coast CA your freedom to explore Awaits you over the mountain ⛰ of Mt. Diablo $10 fee at the entrance gate and you have the whole entire mountain to yourself whole day!
