  • This is a must stop for scenic views similar to Big Sur. We saw better views here than the 17 Mile Drive. At the far south parking lot, we saw three seals and a few sea otters at 8:30am in the cove...

  • Such a great place. Awesome hikes. Great for kids as well. It's very scenic. With clear skies it will be much more beautiful. Parking gets full very early but can park on the highway 1 and walk, it's not too far. But, if you get parking inside that will be super awesome as you can move between multiple parking lots. There is Fee to enter.
  • Showed up about 12:30, and a great time because a number of parking places were emptying, so we found an excellent place to eat lunch in the car while looking out at the blue sea!!Walked the Alan Memorial/Cypress Trail. Great time of the year since, a lot of flowers were out. The weather was cool, breezy, but sunny, so an exceptional day. But the highlight was the huge number of Douglas iris that were everywhere, unfortunately there were no seals, otters, or sea lions . They must have been out enjoying the weather and sea elsewhere. Bird rock was also great, as was the look out point. well worth the trip and time.
