This is great for "toddler time" and I would have rated higher but they day we went the AC was busted (in 97° weather) so after jumping around for a short while it became extremely uncomfortable and sweaty and they were out of jumpsocks so my toddler was slipping and falling when on the trampolines without the traction of the grips that the orange socks would have provided. The staff was very friendly and the pricing for beverages were reasonable amount as well. Although I was miserably overheated my toddler powered through & loved it there. We will definitely be returning (hopefully the AC will be working by then)

We’ve celebrated both our kids birthdays at Big Air, and they both have said it was the best time ever! Their employees are extremely kind and helpful. Everything was done on time and in a timely manner. It’s always “the best day ever” when we go to Big Air!
