A trip to Rameswaram on Pamban Island will take you across a long limestone shoal bridge with spectacular ocean scenery.

Located at the most southerly point of mainland India, Kanyakumari has long attracted pilgrims and those keen to see the end of the road.
Kick off your visit on the 1st (Sat): admire the striking features of Padmanabhapuram Palace and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Thanumalayan temple - Sthanumalayan Kovil. On the 2nd (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: don't miss a visit to Vivekananda Rock Memorial and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Bhagavathy Amman Temple.
