Indiana's capital and most populous city, Indianapolis is best known for its racecar events and impressive museums, and as the hometown of Kurt Vonnegut.
On your second day here, learn about all things military at Indiana War Memorial, don't miss a visit to Central Canal, then have fun and explore at Children's Museum of Indianapolis, then examine the collection at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, and finally take a stroll through Lockerbie Square District.

Carmel-by-the-Sea, often simply called Carmel, is a city in Monterey County, California, United States, founded in 1902 and incorporated on October 31, 1916. Get some cultural insight at Hearst Castle and Pacific Grove Oceanview Boulevard.
