Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Let the collections at City Palace of Jaipur and ICA Gallery capture your imagination. Amber Palace and Nahargarh Fort will appeal to history buffs. Spend the 12th (Sun) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's lots more to do: look and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur, stop by Jaipur Blue Pottery Art Centre, take in the exciting artwork at Jewels Lake Palace , Jaipur, and step into the grandiose world of Jal Mahal.
