Queen City

The most populous city in the state after New York, Buffalo serves as the gateway to Niagara Falls and Canada for many travelers.
Discover out-of-the-way places like St Joseph's Cathedral and Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica. Niagara Power Project Visitors Center and Richardson Olmsted Campus are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Change things up with a short trip to Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center in Niagara Falls (about 36 minutes away). And it doesn't end there: admire the masterpieces at Burchfield Penney Art Center, take a stroll through North Buffalo, make a trip to McKinley Monument, and stroll through Patriots and Heroes Park.
