Palani is a town and a municipality in Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu, located about 100km north-west of Madurai, 100km South-east of Coimbatore, and 60km west of Dindigul. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Palani: Badrakali Amman Temple (in Ramanathapuram), Kolukkumalai Tea Estate (in Kottagudi) and Meesapulimala (in Idukki). Dindigul is a city in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. When in Dindigul, make a side trip to see Pugazhimalai Shree Arupadai Murugan Temple in Karur, approximately Karur away.
