Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
On the 1st (Tue), take in the local highlights with Walking tours and then step into the grandiose world of Amber Palace. Keep things going the next day: get engrossed in the history at City Palace of Jaipur, then look and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur, then admire the landmark architecture of Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, and finally explore the historical opulence of Jal Mahal.
