Family-friendly places like Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Marine Drive will thrill your kids. Shree Siddhivinayak and Dharavi are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Venture out of the city with trips to Navi Mumbai (Hanuman Temple of SIES, Nerul Balaji Temple, &more) and Imagicaa (in Khopoli). There's lots more to do: pause for some photo ops at Gateway of India, take in the views from Bandra-Worli Sea Link, wander the streets of Nariman Point, and stop by Colaba.

When traveling from Washington in May, plan for a bit warmer days and much hotter nights in Mumbai: temperatures range from 93°F by day to 80°F at night.
