Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.
Step out of the city life by going to Easy Dive and Castel Plage. Museum-lovers will get to explore Villa & Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild and Musee d'Art Moderne Et d'Art Contemporain. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Nice: Cannes (Rue d'Antibes & Le Suquet) and Saint-Paul de Vence (in St-Paul-de-Vence). Get outdoors at TakSea and Abel Baliff Beach. Visit Calanque de Maubois and Plage du Chateau for some beach relaxation. Explore Saint-Raphael's surroundings by going to Plage Robinson (in Mandelieu-la-Napoule), Etangs de Villepey (in Saint-Aygulf) and La Pointe de l'Aiguille (in Theoule sur Mer). While traveling from Nice, expect a bit warmer days and a bit cooler nights in Saint-Raphael, ranging from highs of 90°F to lows of 62°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Mon) so you can go by car to Saint-Tropez.
