San Francisco to Calistoga is an approximately 2-hour car ride. You can also fly; or do a combination of bus, train, and taxi. Traveling from San Francisco in April, Calistoga is a bit cooler at night with lows of 45°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 3rd (Sat) early enough to go by car to St. Helena.
