San Francisco — 8 nights

City by the Bay

San Francisco is a top holiday destination featuring scenic beauty and great ethnic and cultural diversity.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Wine Tours & Tastings and California State Capitol Museum. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at California State Railroad Museum and Armstrong Redwood State Reserve. Venture out of the city with trips to Kenwood (Landmark Vineyards Kenwood Estate & VJB Cellars), Jensen Botanical Garden (in Carmichael) and Mountain Cemetery (in Sonoma). And it doesn't end there: take in the views from Golden Gate Bridge, see the interesting displays at Cable Car Museum, stroll through Alcatraz Island, and explore the world behind art at Asian Art Museum.

To find more things to do, other places to visit, photos, and more tourist information, go to the San Francisco trip planning site.
