Designed by notable English architects and proclaimed India's capital in 1931, New Delhi sits in the middle of a sprawling metropolitan area with a population of over 25 million.
Venture out of the city with trips to Faridabad (Shirdi Sai Baba Temple & Spas). Spend the 7th (Mon) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's much more to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Humayun's Tomb, indulge in some culinary diversions at a local gastronomic tour, step into the grandiose world of Red Fort, and visit Hauz Khas Village.

Venture out of the city with trips to Mahabalipuram (Tiger Cave, Shore Temple, &more), DakshinaChitra Museum (in Muttukadu) and Covelong Beach (in Covelong).
