Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
On the 8th (Wed), admire the landmark architecture of Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, then step into the grandiose world of Amber Palace, and then take in the exciting artwork at Jewels Lake Palace , Jaipur. One of the oldest and largest cities in the center of the state, Thrissur hosts a wealth of festivals throughout the year.
