Situated on the Nile riverfront, the city of Giza remains best known for its pyramid complex.
Get a sense of the local culture at Pyramids of Giza and The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. Take a break from Giza with a short trip to Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids in Saqqara, about 34 minutes away.
