San Diego — 13 nights

America's Finest City

Divided into neighborhoods with distinct characters and cultural heritages, San Diego sits just north of the Mexican border and offers visitors a blend of tourist attractions, including a lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and a thriving musical scene.
Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Gaslamp Quarter and Anaheim Farmer's Market. You'll get in some beach time at La Jolla Cove and Huntington State Beach. Venture out of the city with trips to Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage & Meditation Gardens (in Encinitas), Anaheim (St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, The Disney Gallery, &more) and Pacific Marine Mammal Center (in Laguna Beach). The adventure continues: look for all kinds of wild species at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, get a taste of the local shopping with Spanish Village Art Center, see the interesting displays at USS Midway Museum, and explore the different monuments and memorials at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.

If you are flying in from India, the closest major aiports are San Diego International Airport, John Wayne Airport-Orange County Airport and Palm Springs International Airport. In February, plan for daily highs up to 23°C, and evening lows to 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel back home.
