The Port of the Moon

With a long history of producing regional wines since the Romans brought grapevines here during the first century, so many people consider Bordeaux to be the wine capital of the world.
Get some cultural insight at Place de la Bourse and La Cite du Vin. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Bordeaux: Montignac (Lascaux II & Lascaux Caves 4), Biarritz (Cite de l'Ocean, Rocher de la Vierge, &more) and La Rochelle (Vieux Port, Towers of La Rochelle, &more).
