Beauty by the Water

One of Europe's most culturally diverse cities, Stockholm extends over 14 islands, united by a series of tunnels and bridges.
Get in touch with nature at The Green Trails and Langholmen. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Sodermalm and Fjarilshuset (Butterfly House). Take a break from Stockholm with a short trip to Sandhamn in Varmdo, about 58 minutes away. There's still lots to do: step off the mainland to explore Skeppsholmen, explore the historical opulence of Royal Palace, take in panoramic vistas at Stockholm City Hall, and admire the landmark architecture of Drottningholm Palace.
