Only one word accurately describes India's commercial capital Mumbai: big.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Water Kingdom and KidZania Mumbai. Kids will enjoy Essel World and Red Carpet Wax Museum. Chennai, a city hailed for its vibrant atmosphere and historic attractions, remains one of the most visited places in India.
On the 12th (Thu), tour the pleasant surroundings at Chennai Turtle Walk, enjoy the sand and surf at Breezy Beach, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Aarupadai Veedu Temple, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Sringeri Saradha Peetam Temple. On the 13th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: kick back and relax at Thiruvanmiyur Beach, explore the striking landscape of Anna Nagar Tower Park, admire the landmark architecture of Rockfort Temple, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Krishnapuram Anchaneyar Temple, and finally stroll around Chetpet EcoPark.
