On the 3rd (Wed), enjoy the sand and surf at William Randolph Hearst Memorial Beach, contemplate the long history of Hearst Castle, then do a tasting at Hearst Ranch Winery, and finally look for gifts at Sebastian General Store. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: visit a coastal fixture at Piedras Blancas Light Station, stop by Friends of the Elephant Seal Visitor Center, then enjoy the sand and surf at Piedras Blancas, then don't miss a visit to Ragged Point Overlook, and finally take a leisurely stroll along San Simeon Pier.
