San Diego — 7 nights

America's Finest City

Divided into neighborhoods with distinct characters and cultural heritages, San Diego sits just north of the Mexican border and offers visitors a blend of tourist attractions, including a lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and a thriving musical scene.
San Diego Air & Space Museum has been added to your itinerary. Get a sense of the local culture at Point Loma and Old Town Temecula. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at La Jolla Shores Park and Wine Tours & Tastings. You'll find plenty of places to visit near San Diego: Borrego Springs (Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, Galleta Meadows, &more), Temecula (Lorimar Winery Loft - Old Town, Wilson Creek Winery, &more) and Lions, Tigers & Bears (in Alpine). There's still lots to do: kick back and relax at Coronado Beach, take in the waterfront at Seaport Village, tour the pleasant surroundings at Pacific Beach, and look for all kinds of wild species at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve.

America's Finest City
Divided into neighborhoods with distinct characters and cultural heritages, San Diego sits just north of the Mexican border and offers visitors a blend of tourist attractions, including a lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and a thriving musical scene. Despite its large size, the city prides itself on a laid-back atmosphere, a welcome break from the typical bustle of other urban centers of its size. One of the country's major hubs for technology, the city has become a favorite vacation destination for those wishing to take advantage of a year-round mild Mediterranean climate, providing seemingly endless opportunities to surf, swim, boat, kayak, in-line skate, walk, hike, or cycle through California's scenic coastal areas.
