Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Chihuly Garden and Glass and The Museum of Flight. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Pike Place Market and Museum of Pop Culture. When in Seattle, make a side trip to see Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park, approximately Olympic National Park away. There's still lots to do: take in panoramic vistas at Space Needle, explore the activities along Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, walk around Green Lake Park, and see Seattle Art Museum.

Known as "Hollywood North," Vancouver boasts one of the largest film/television industries in the world, second only to Los Angeles and New York.
Attractions like Stanley Park and Museum of Anthropology make great kid-friendly stops. Granville Island and Gastown are good opportunities to explore the local culture.
