Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.Attractions like Colosseum and Villa Borghese make great kid-friendly stops. Explore hidden gems such as Centro Storico Associazione Centro Storico and Museo Nazionale Romano - Palazzo Massimo alle Terme. Tivoli is a town and comune in Lazio, central Italy, about 30km east-north-east of Rome, at the falls of the Aniene river where it issues from the Sabine hills.
