A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Step out of Paris to go to Versailles and see Palace of Versailles, which is approximately 48 minutes away. There's still lots to do: don't miss a visit to Louvre Museum, admire the masterpieces at Musee d'Orsay, admire the striking features of Sainte-Chapelle, and get to know the fascinating history of Champs-Elysees.

Dublin, Ireland to Paris is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of ferry and train; or do a combination of ferry and car. The time zone difference moving from Greenwich Mean Time to Central European Standard Time is 1 hour. Regarded as an art and history city, Nantes is called the Venice of the West.
On the 6th (Mon), trek along Sentier des Douaniers. On the next day, relax and rejuvenate at O35, then examine the collection at Les Machines de L'ile, then explore the historical opulence of Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne, and finally admire the natural beauty at Jardin des Plantes.

You can fly from Paris to Nantes in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. In June, plan for daily highs up to 27°C, and evening lows to 14°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Tue) early enough to fly to Toulouse.

La Ville Rose (Pink City)

On the Garonne River, Toulouse is on the site of an ancient Roman settlement, and even today, many of the smaller streets follow their Roman counterparts, while many of the red brick buildings are built in a pseudo-Roman style.
Change things up with these side-trips from Toulouse: Carcassonne Center (Cathar Castles, Place Carnot, &more) and Albi (Musee Toulouse-Lautrec & Cathedrale Sainte-Cecile). And it doesn't end there: admire the masterpieces at Musee des Augustins, take in the spiritual surroundings of Basilique Saint-Sernin, contemplate the long history of Church of Les Jacobins, and test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms.

Getting from Nantes to Toulouse by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or take a train. Traveling from Nantes in June, plan for somewhat warmer nights in Toulouse, with lows around 18°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Fri) to allow time to fly back home.
