A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.Bring the kids along to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Regarded as an art and history city, Nantes is called the Venice of the West.Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Musee des Blindes and Chateau d'Angers. Kids will enjoy Le Cadre Noir and Jardin des Plantes. Venture out of the city with trips to Cathedrale Saint-Maurice d'Angers (in Angers) and Chateau du Plessis-Mace (in Longuenee-en-Anjou). There's lots more to do: take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul, shop like a local with Passage Pommeraye, and explore the historical opulence of Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne.
