Paris — 5 nights

City of Light

A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Get some cultural insight at Eiffel Tower and Musee d'Orsay. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at The Army Museum and Petit Palais. Step out of Paris to go to Saint-Denis and see Basilica Cathedral of Saint-Denis, which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's much more to do: admire the masterpieces at Musee National des Arts Asiatiques - Guimet, wander the streets of Quartier Montparnasse, visit Latin Quarter, and admire the landmark architecture of Arc de Triomphe.

To find where to stay, photos, maps, and more tourist information, read Paris trip itinerary planner.

Venice of the West

Regarded as an art and history city, Nantes is called the Venice of the West.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul and Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne. Discover out-of-the-way places like Quartier de l'Ile de Penotte and Le Grand Defi. Venture out of the city with trips to Rochefort-en-terre (in Rochefort en Terre) and Parc Animalier et Botanique de Branfere (in Le Guerno). The adventure continues: take in nature's colorful creations at Jardin des Plantes, examine the collection at Musee Jules Verne, and wander the streets of Passage Pommeraye.
