A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Step off the beaten path and head to Petit Palais and Latin Quarter. Get a sense of the local culture at Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Regarded as an art and history city, Nantes is called the Venice of the West.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Musee des Blindes and Le Cadre Noir. Discover out-of-the-way places like Manoir de l'Automobile and Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul. Go for a jaunt from Nantes to Fougeres to see Chateau de Fougeres about 1h 50 min away. There's lots more to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Jardin des Plantes, take a stroll through Village de Trentemoult, and step into the grandiose world of Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne.
