Step out of Paris to go to Versailles and see Palace of Versailles, which is approximately 48 minutes away. There's much more to do: admire the masterpieces at Louvre Museum, make a trip to Champs-Elysees, admire the landmark architecture of Centre National d'Art et de Culture George Pompidou, and steep yourself in history at Arc de Triomphe.
