A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.When in Paris, make a side trip to see Palace of Versailles in Versailles, approximately Versailles away. There's lots more to do: admire the masterpieces at Louvre Museum, visit Le Marais, contemplate the long history of Eiffel Tower, and admire the landmark architecture of Arc de Triomphe.

Dublin, Ireland to Paris is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of ferry and train; or do a combination of ferry and car. You'll lose 1 hour traveling from Dublin to Paris due to the time zone difference. When traveling from Dublin in April, plan for somewhat warmer days and about the same nights in Paris: temperatures range from 18°C by day to 6°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 3rd (Tue) early enough to take a train to Amsterdam.

Venice of the North
Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.Venture out of the city with trips to Maria van Jessekerk (in Delft), Haarlem (Teylers Museum, Grote Markt, &more) and Lisse (Keukenhof & The Flower Bulb Region). There's still lots to do: explore the world behind art at Van Gogh Museum, visit The Jordaan, contemplate the waterfront views at Emperor's Canal (Keizersgracht), and see the interesting displays at Anne Frank House.

Traveling by train from Paris to Amsterdam takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. In May, plan for daily highs up to 20°C, and evening lows to 10°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Sat) to allow enough time to fly back home.
